These policies apply to all users of the Tredco El Sayad Training Academy website upon accessing the site or completing a purchase.
First: Terms and Conditions

Accessing the Academy’s website constitutes your agreement to all policies and terms. (Based on the principle of consumer notification of policies – Article 1 of Law 181 of 2018).

Registration is available for those over 18 years of age. The Academy reserves the right to cancel any registration without consent; the individual ensures the user has the legal capacity to act. (Principle of Consumer Capacity – Article 1, Definition of Consumer).

Upon registration, the user must provide true and accurate data. (The supplier is obligated to collect correct and declared data – Article 19 of the Executive Regulations).

Third: Sales Policy

Payment Methods (Fawry):

After registering a purchase order on our website, a reference number will appear for the customer and will be sent in a message to the phone number registered in the order. The customer can pay using this number via Fawry within only three days from the date of the order. In the event of non-payment within this period, the order is automatically canceled.
Payment Instructions:

Bank transfer or Fawry fees are borne by the customer.

In case of order cancellation after payment, the amount is refunded via the same payment method after deducting administrative expenses for the service provider.
(Based on Articles 4 and 5 of the Executive Regulations, the Academy is committed to describing the product to customers accurately and correctly. According to Article 9 of the Consumer Protection Law – Prohibition of Misleading).
Fourth: Shipping and Delivery Policy
Order Processing:

Shipping is prepared within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Cost:

Calculated automatically upon order completion based on:

Product weight.

Customer address.

Delivery:

Delivery time depends on the shipping company and may change due to external factors like weather or workload.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct address.
Delivery Instructions for Fawry Purchases:

Ensure the phone number is registered correctly, as the payment code and its expiration date will be sent via SMS to the same registered number.

Payment is made through any Fawry outlet within 72 hours of the purchase order date. The customer may request to cancel the order before payment is made.

If the payment code expires without payment, the order is automatically canceled without referring to the customer.

When paying the due amount at a Fawry outlet, ensure you receive a receipt confirming payment.

Delivery is made only to the customer who placed the order in person at the registered address.

The delivery representative will check the customer’s National ID and the Fawry payment receipt.

If a representative acts on behalf of the customer, they must present the owner’s National ID or passport (or a photocopy), in addition to the Fawry payment receipt.

If the customer wishes to cancel the purchase order after payment, a code will be sent to the registered phone number to refund the amount after deducting administrative fees of (2.25%) of the total order value.
Late Delivery:
The consumer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund if delivery is delayed. (Article 25 of the Consumer Protection Law).
Fifth: Exchange and Return Policy
For Online Training Courses:

These are not subject to the 14-day return right as they are electronic services activated immediately.

They fall under exceptions for digital materials after access. (Based on Article 17 exceptions – products that cannot be returned to their original state).

A course can be canceled before activation only within 24 hours of payment in the case of offline courses.
For Sewing Machines:

Return within 14 days if:

The machine has not been used.

It is in its original packaging.
-
It includes all accessories and the invoice.

When returning or exchanging, the box and packaging materials must be in their original condition; the product box must not have been opened or used, and it must include all components and original documents. (According to Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law: Exchange and return without stating reasons).

Return within 30 days in case of a manufacturing defect, provided the company is notified within 7 days of purchase. (According to Article 21 of the Consumer Protection Law).

Cases where returns are not accepted:

Refunds:

Processed within 7 business days via the same payment method.

Actual shipping fees will be deducted.

Administrative fees for the electronic payment method (Fawry) will be deducted.
Administrative Fees and Shipping Deductions:

In case of payment via Fawry, administrative fees of (1.45% + 1 EGP) of the machine’s value will be deducted. (Subject to Article 40 of the Consumer Protection Law regarding product return costs).
